Offer the next level to everyone who finishes the one before

Set the next step

1. Open the level 1 product under Grow → Storefront.
2. Open After this, offer the next step.
3. Under Offer next, choose level 2.
4. Under When, choose When they finish it (for a course), After they buy it, or While they're active. Under Wait, choose how many days after: no wait, 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30.
5. Write Your words if you like — what level 2 gives them — and press Update.

Who is offered it, and how

• Each person is offered it once — in the app, by email (unless they turned email off), and as Your next step on their home. See what they see.
• Finishing a course with no wait offers it at once. Anything else is checked every hour.
• Anyone who already has level 2 — bought it, or is on its course — is not offered it.
• Level 2 must be published to be offered.

Invite the members who show up

The members who keep taking part are the likeliest to say yes to level 2. Choose While they're active and, under Once they have had it, how many days they should have had level 1. Everyone who has had it that long and posted, replied or learned in the last 7 days is invited — once. A member who has gone quiet is not; see who has gone quiet for them instead.

To invite them to a level 2 webinar or workshop, make the webinar a product in your store (it can be free) and choose it under Offer next.

On the Members page (Students at a school) you can see it the other way round: each member's points sit beside their stage, and Not on… narrows the list to the people who are not on level 2 yet.

The same section shows how many finished (or bought, or are active in) level 1, how many were offered level 2, and how many bought it.
