How a payment plan works
Turn it on for any course in the publish flow, and the whole journey runs itself — from the first payment to the final installment, with nothing for either of you to remember.

Fair by default: pause, then resume
If a debit fails or a student stops paying, you're protected without being harsh. They're told the same day and can settle it in a few taps; access pauses only if it stays unpaid past a short grace window, and snaps right back the moment they catch up.
- Failed debit? The student is notified and can pay by hand
- Access pauses only after a payment is >3 days overdue
- On-time students never notice it
- Paying the overdue installment restores access instantly
- Finish the plan → access is permanent
