This log begins on 2026-09-03. An empty log this early means the record is short, not that the platform has never had a bad day — and we would rather say that than let you read it the other way. Entries are added in the same change as the fix and are never removed.
How we report outages
- Every major outage gets a public post-mortem within seven days, with the fix shipped or scheduled.
- Entries are never edited backwards or deleted. A log you can rewrite is worth less than no log.
- We do not publish an uptime percentage we have not measured over a stated window. When there is a real number, it will say what window it covers.
- Components marked Not checked are exactly that. We would rather show a grey dot than a green one we cannot justify.
