Short, direct answers to the most common questions about scheduling a recurring class. For the full walkthrough, see the related guides at the end.
Can I schedule a class only on certain weekdays (like Mon/Wed/Fri)?
Yes. Switch the New class form to Advanced, open the Repeats card, set Cadence to 'On specific days…', and tap the weekdays you teach. The class then repeats only on those days, at the time you set above.
Do I have to set an end date?
No — Ends is optional. By default a recurring class is Ongoing (never-ending): it just keeps happening on your chosen days, and we keep the upcoming dates scheduled. You only set an end if you want a fixed run.
How many classes does an ongoing series create?
We line up a long run of upcoming dates for you (well over a year for a weekly or Mon/Wed/Fri class) so you never have to think about it — and you can add more, or trim the tail, anytime. If you'd rather cap it, choose 'After N sessions' or 'On a date'.
Will students be notified when I schedule?
Yes. The moment you schedule, everyone enrolled is invited across In-app, Email and WhatsApp — all on by default. It's one invite per series (not per class, so no spam), and the platform also sends a reminder shortly before each individual class.
Can I change or remove just one class in the series?
Yes. Each class in the series is its own entry on the Calendar and the Live Classes list. Open any single date to reschedule, cancel, or delete it without touching the rest — handy when only one class clashes with a holiday.
Do all the classes share the same join link?
Yes. Every class in a recurring series shares one join link — whether it's your in-house room or a Zoom/Meet/Teams link you pasted — so students can bookmark it once and use it every week. The same link is included in each invite and reminder too.
