Upgrading your plan: pay, then it activates

How upgrading works

Click Subscribe on the Pricing page (or Upgrade on Billing & plan) and a secure payment window opens right there, for the plan and billing period you picked. That window is Razorpay's: it is the processor Prolaud itself is paid through, whichever account you connect for your own students. Pay by card; in India, UPI AutoPay and net banking are offered too. Not signed in yet? Create your workspace or sign in first and the payment window opens straight after. There is no free trial: the first period is charged in that window.

What you pay

• The full first period (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly), charged when you complete checkout.
• Your plan changes only after that payment succeeds. Close the checkout without paying and you stay on your current plan — nothing is charged and nothing is unlocked.
• Switching from one paid plan to another replaces the old subscription, so you are never billed for two plans.
• Pick yearly to save ~17% (the equivalent of two months free).

How fast it activates

Card payments typically confirm instantly. After paying you land on Billing & plan, which confirms the payment with Razorpay and switches your plan automatically. If you close the payment window before paying, nothing is charged and nothing changes. If a payment is ever left unfinished, Billing & plan shows it with Continue to payment, Check status and Cancel.
