Student record
Everything an academy knows about one learner in one place: enrolments, payments, attendance, submissions, results and credentials.
The record is what turns activity into answers. "Did she pay?", "has she been attending?", "is she going to pass?" are one question about one person, and a business that keeps payments in one tool and attendance in another cannot answer it without joining two exports by hand.
It is also what a student asks for later: proof of attendance, a transcript, a certificate they can show an employer.

One learner's row holds: enrolled in two courses, paid ₹12,000 across three instalments, attended 14 of 18 live classes, submitted 6 assignments, scored 72% on the final, issued certificate PLD-2026-0417. Asked whether to issue a certificate, an academy reads one row. Asked the same question across four disconnected tools, it guesses.

- Learning management system (LMS) — Software that hosts course content, enrols students, tracks their progress and records results. It is the system of record for teaching, as opposed to a website that merely sells a course.
- Certificate verification — A public page that confirms a certificate is genuine, showing who issued it, to whom, for what, and when — so an employer can check a credential without contacting the issuer.
- Completion rate — The share of enrolled students who finish a course. It is the honest measure of whether a course works, and it is usually far lower than course pages imply.
