Unified Inbox

Stop checking five different pages.

Every question, discussion, lead, cohort post, and blog comment that needs your attention lives in one inbox. Reply inline; we send your reply across in-app, email, and WhatsApp — to the right channel for the right person.

Five surfaces, one feed.

The Inbox at /dashboard/inbox aggregates everything that historically lived across five separate pages. Sorted newest-first. Filter pills slice by source. Pre-sale signals (guest questions + new leads) get an accent border so the eye lands there first.
  • Open student questions (Q&A)
  • Discussions waiting on your reply
  • Recent cohort-room posts (last 7 days)
  • New leads from your public site
  • Unread blog comments based on per-post review markers
  • Accent border on pre-sale signals (guest questions + leads)

Your reply

Cleanup runs before the next effect, and on unmount. Watch lesson 4 again — I covered this around 12:30.

Needs attention. Or show me everything.

Default view shows only open / unresolved items so you can triage fast. Toggle to Show all when you're trying to find a question you closed last week — resolved items reappear with a green Resolved badge. No 'mark as read' friction — once you handle the source, the row vanishes automatically.

Questions people ask

What actually shows up in the inbox?
Open student questions, discussions awaiting your reply, recent cohort-room posts, new leads from your public site and unread blog comments, all sorted newest first. Pre-sale signals such as guest questions and leads get an accent border.
Where does my reply go when I answer from the inbox?
The reply is appended to the original source and a notification fires on every channel the recipient can be reached on. For a logged-in student that means in-app, email and WhatsApp; guests without an account get email and WhatsApp.
Do I have to mark items as read?
No. The default view shows only open or unresolved items, and a row disappears once you handle the source. Switch to Show all when you need to find something you closed earlier, and resolved items reappear with a badge.
