Prolaud pricing compared to other course platforms
A derived, side-by-side cost comparison of Prolaud against 14 course platforms at three revenue levels.
Prolaud charges a flat subscription and takes 0% commission on course sales on every plan, including the free Starter tier. Most competing platforms charge a percentage of every sale in addition to, or instead of, a subscription.
Method and limits
Read these before quoting any figure below.
Rates are each platform's published list rate on the tier named, taken from that platform's own pricing page and mirrored on the corresponding page at https://prolaud.com/alternatives. They are not negotiated contract rates; quote-based Indian platforms in particular discount substantially, so a specific creator's terms may differ.
The payment-gateway fee is excluded from every row. Razorpay, Stripe or any other processor charges its fee regardless of which course platform a creator uses, so it is identical on both sides and cancels out of the difference. Including it would inflate both columns equally without changing any comparison.
A percentage costs a creator less than a subscription until it exceeds that subscription. Below roughly ₹15,000 per month in sales, a free plan taking 10% is cheaper than Prolaud Pro, and this document says so rather than omitting the case.
