# Send a course's payment link to all your students at once

> Open a course, go to the Payment Links tab, tick Select all, and send everyone a personal, pre-priced checkout link over email or WhatsApp — already-paid students are skipped automatically.

A payment link is a one-tap checkout for a single course. The whole feature lives in one place: open the course (View Details) and click the Payment Links tab — it's the last tab on the course detail page. There's no separate page or wizard.

## Send to everyone

- Open the course → Payment Links tab.
- The table lists the students in your workspace with their payment Status (Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Expired, Not Invited).
- Tick the header checkbox (Select all) to select every still-payable student at once — already-Paid students aren't selectable, so you can't double-charge them.
- An action bar shows '<N> selected'. Click Send Payment Links.
- In the dialog, pick Send via — Email, WhatsApp, Email + WhatsApp, or 'Create links only' — add an optional note, choose a Link expiry (7 / 14 / 30 / 60 days), and click Send to <N> students.

> **Note:** Each student gets their OWN link. That's how the payment attributes to the right person — and it's why you select students from the list rather than copying one link to everyone.

## Want a subset, not literally everyone?

- Click a status card at the top (Total, Paid, Unpaid, Pending, Expired, Not Invited) to filter the table — e.g. 'Not Invited' to reach only people you've never asked.
- Then Select all to select just that filtered group.
- Or use the search box (name, email, or phone) to narrow first.

## What the dialog tells you

- It shows the course price that every link will carry.
- Note: 'Students with existing active invites get a reminder. Already-enrolled students are skipped.'
- After sending you get a summary: how many invites were created, how many resent, how many skipped, and how many emails sent.

> **Note:** A paid link follows the course's currency: a dollar-priced course is charged through your Stripe account, a rupee-priced one through Razorpay. If your academy is connected to Stripe alone, give a rupee-priced course a dollar price before you send paid links for it.

> **Note:** There's no audience CSV upload or saved-segment picker here — recipients are the students already in your workspace. Add students first (Students tab / import), then come back to the Payment Links tab to invite them.
