# Nudge students who haven't paid

> No autopilot here — you nudge by re-sending. Filter the Payment Links board to Unpaid, select them, and Send again: students with an existing active invite get a reminder, not a duplicate.

Most people don't pay on the first message. There's no scheduled drip — you decide when to nudge, and re-sending is how you do it.

## Nudge the Unpaid

- Open the course → Payment Links tab.
- Click the Unpaid card to filter to everyone who was invited but hasn't paid.
- Tick Select all (Paid students aren't selectable, so you can't pester people who already bought).
- Click Send Payment Links and send again. The dialog notes: 'Students with existing active invites get a reminder.'

> **Note:** Try a different channel the second time. If the first send went by Email, pick WhatsApp for the nudge — a phone buzz lands differently than another inbox line.

## Keep it human

- Add a short note in the send dialog so it reads like a person, not a dunning notice.
- Mentioning the link's expiry ('your seat is held until Friday') gives a gentle reason to act.
- Don't blast every day — a couple of well-spaced nudges beat daily spam.
