# Prolaud for coaches: bring members back, share their results, offer the next level

> A coach's members have to be brought back every week, their results are the coach's proof, and a coach sells a free session, then level 1, then level 2. Prolaud has a tool for each. This page says what each does and links to its own guide.

In short: choose Coach or community when you sign up, or later in Settings, and Prolaud speaks in a coach's words. Then four tools do the rest of a coach's week.

## Read like a coaching business

- Coach mode (/help/coach-mode): Members, Programs and Live sessions; your community and challenges first in the menu; the same words in reminders and invitations.
- All your challenges on one page (/help/coach-challenges-page): every challenge, live first, and Start a challenge.

## Bring members back

- Members who have gone quiet (/help/quiet-members): who has not taken part for a week, and Send a nudge in your words.
- Nudges by themselves (/help/automatic-nudges): once per quiet spell, at 10am, without you remembering.
- The weekly “I'm in this week” post (/help/weekly-commit-post): members commit to the week with one tap; you see who.
- Nudges on WhatsApp (/help/whatsapp-nudges): the same nudge from your own WhatsApp number.

## Turn results into proof

- Share members' wins (/help/share-member-wins): ask a member if their win may go on your sales page; only a yes is shown, and only the way they chose.

## Offer the next level

- The next step (/help/next-step-offers): level 2 offered once to everyone who finishes level 1, or a few days after they buy.
- An automation for one product (/help/product-purchase-automation): your own follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages for the buyers of one product.

## What your members see

- When you have been away (/help/member-away-notes): the note from their coach, and how they turn it off.
- Your coach asked to share your win (/help/answer-a-share-request): how they answer, and take it back.
- Your next step (/help/your-next-step): the card on their home.
