# White-label

> Running a product under your own brand, with the vendor's name removed. For a course platform it means your logo, your domain, and no "powered by" line anywhere a student can see.

White-labelling matters most where the student forms an impression of who taught them: the site they buy from, the portal they log into, the certificate they share. If the platform's brand appears there, the platform is quietly building its brand on the teacher's work.

Most platforms sell it as an upgrade, and it is usually paired with a custom domain, because a branded page on the vendor's subdomain is only half the job.

## On Prolaud

Paid plans hide the attribution and allow a custom domain; the free plan keeps a small "Powered by Prolaud" line in the footer.
